The customer service is 5 stars, the beauty of the product is also five stars and the company is 5 stars. My only disappointment is that my amulet is hollow on the back side, because this is a mold. It was due to my misunderstanding that the ouroboros would be solid.

This cuff is very heavy! It is too big for the wrist and too small for the arm. It really doesn't fit well.

Charges $180 and over a month to send out and I received an 8 year olds advent calendar that took 10 minutes to put together even though it claims to be hand made gifts and this maybe cost $25.
I sent a message after 3 weeks of no communication, She said "she was working on it and it will be out soon". 10 days later I asked for a shipping date because now it has ben one over a month, NO RESPONSE. I sent another message 4 days after that and I was told they were still making it. several days later I received a tracking notice. When I received it I was going to do the days so I could be surprised every day but my children decided I need to see it. All 3 of us were opening the bags thinking it was a gag and someone was playing a joke on me. I cried, to spend that much money at a jewelry store and to get this...............I am beyond pissed and disappointed in the human race.
I was sent stickers and this is an adult themed advent calendar, The stand with the bowl is plastic,I received only 2 tea bags, rocks, bay leafs, and a Chinese coin for luck that you get for free, some balls that I don't know what they are along with some herbs. The 2 bracelets are $1 a piece, I know because I just bought 50 for Christmas gag gifts to go around lumps of coal. The pencil was used, I have a VERY small empty bottle that if you buy in bulk at Amazon you can get for $.03 each and another bottle with a liquid in it, (what's the liquid).
My package is being held by the French post - for two months now. Instead of sending a new package, VKNG has deemed it good business practices to make me wait until they can retrieve it, then send it via Ukraine post. So I'm left holding an empty bag for the holidays.
the ring is even better than what it looked like in the pictures, the raised lines and the stone are even shinier and overall it looks absolutely stunning. It’s not even for me because I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend, but personally I love it! It also arrived with a little ring box and a small velvety bag to store it safely.
I’ve had some troubles with the shipping, the delivery was pretty late actually, but Annie was always kind to reassure me that everything was looking fine and there weren’t any issues everytime I wrote to customer service (which I really did a lot of times lol), so that helped.

I still have not received my bracelet! There are alleged shipping issues, and I don’t know if it will ever arrive. It is stuck somewhere in shipping hell. I ordered this over 4 weeks ago. This is very frustrating especially as this is a gift!
They've been giving me the runaround and often won't even respond to requests for updates on the shipping of my item. Customer service is undoubtedly terrible.
I tell them they've somehow shipped my item to a pick up location in France an they tell me "No no customs has it and it's on it's way to you" despite the tracking telling me otherwise. I wait for any change to the tracking and when I don't see any change to the tracking I reach out 3 more times over the course of a week receiving no response. I finally get a response that they'll retrieve the item from the post office and they'll redirect it to ship from Ukraine. That was 2 weeks ago and I've seen nothing further.
It's clear to me that the people in their customer service department don't care what happens once they have your money.

I ordered a month ago… they said they Gad logistics problems, which I can understand but it’s been a month….
They won’t let me cancel the order either. Apparently I should just wait forever so… I considered myself robbed. Lesson learned
The necklace that came with the pendant was very fragile, but the pendant itself has proven to be pretty strong. The accents on the letters aren't very legible, but the rest of the design is stellar. A custom engraving makes the pendant feel much more personal, so I do recommend it. Regardless, this pendant is worth the purchase if you believe in its message. Just be sure to have a spare necklass in case the one you have breaks.
