Need to Return an Item or Request Warranty Service?
Please contact VKNG Jewelry before sending any item.
Include the following information in your email:
- your order number;
- the item or items concerned;
- whether you are requesting a standard return or warranty service;
- a brief description of the issue;
- clear photographs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured.
After reviewing your request, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions, prepaid return shipping label, and any required customs documentation.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a standard (non-personalized) item, please contact us within the applicable return period before sending your parcel.
Step 1 – Contact Us
Please email our customer support team with:
- your order number;
- the item(s) you wish to return;
- the reason for the return (optional).
Once your request has been approved, VKNG Jewelry will send you:
- a prepaid return shipping label;
- return instructions;
- any required customs documentation (where applicable).
Please use the return label provided by VKNG Jewelry. This helps ensure that your parcel reaches the correct destination and is processed as quickly as possible.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Return
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn;
- be in their original condition;
- include all original packaging.
Personalized, engraved, custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly manufactured.
Step 3 – Ship Your Return
Please use the prepaid return shipping label provided by VKNG Jewelry.
If you choose to use a different shipping method without our prior written approval, you will be responsible for:
- all shipping costs;
- correct addressing;
- customs declarations;
- tracking information;
- any loss, delay or customs issues during transit.
VKNG Jewelry is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, refused by customs, or sent to an incorrect address due to the customer’s choice of shipping method.
Step 4 – Refund
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by VKNG Jewelry.
For standard returns (where the customer changes their mind), the refund will cover the purchase price of the returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty & Defective Products
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before returning the product.
Step 1 – Contact Us

Step 2 – Warranty Review
Our team will review your request.
If your warranty claim is approved, VKNG Jewelry will send you:
- a prepaid return shipping label;
- return instructions;
- any required customs documentation (where applicable).
Step 3 – Return Your Item
Please use the prepaid return shipping label provided by VKNG Jewelry.
If you choose another shipping method without our prior written approval, VKNG Jewelry will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs charges, delays or loss during transit.
Step 4 – Resolution
Once the returned item has been inspected and the manufacturing defect has been confirmed, VKNG Jewelry will, as appropriate:
- repair the product;
- replace the product;
- or issue a full refund.
For approved warranty claims, VKNG Jewelry covers the reasonable cost of return shipping through the prepaid return label provided.
