VKNG Hoard is a membership that lasts one year. It costs €59.

A hoard is a pile of treasure that someone keeps safe. Vikings buried theirs. Yours lives in your VKNG account, and it grows every time you shop.

That is all there is to it. You pay, you get treasure to start with, and the treasure keeps growing.

What is Hacksilver?

Hacksilver is the name of the money inside your VKNG Hoard.

You can only use it at VKNG, and there it works like real money. Whatever number you see in your Hoard is the number of euros you can spend.

Long ago, Vikings paid with silver. They cut, or hacked, pieces off silver rings and coins to pay the exact amount. Those pieces are called hacksilver. We borrowed the name.

How long does everything last?

Price€59 for 12 months of membership.
When you join59 Hacksilver is added to your Hoard at once. It is valid for 24 months.
When you shopYou get 10% back in Hacksilver on any VKNG product, not counting shipping and taxes. It is valid for 12 months from the day you get it.
Where you can spend itOn VKNG jewelry in silver, bronze, brass and gold. Not on clothing, accessories, shipping or taxes.

Questions people ask

Do I lose my €59?

No. You get 59 Hacksilver straight away, and it is worth €59. It is yours to spend on jewelry for 24 months.

Do I get Hacksilver when I buy clothes?

Yes. You get 10% back on anything you buy from VKNG, not counting shipping and taxes. But you can only spend Hacksilver on jewelry.

Can I pay for shipping with Hacksilver?

No. Shipping and taxes are always paid with money. This is also true for international shipping.

How do I use my Hacksilver?

Log in to your account. Add jewelry to your cart and use your Hacksilver at checkout.

What happens after 12 months?

Your membership ends unless you renew for €59. If you renew, you get 59 new Hacksilver. The Hacksilver you already have keeps its own end date.

What if I return something?

The Hacksilver you earned on that item is taken off your balance.
